The Alloa Athletic journeyed to Falkirk on Saturday last, and played a charity match with the holders of the Stirlingshire Cup.

The match was keenly contested throughout, and resulted in a win for Falkirk by 5 goals to 2.

Each team played a good game, but the superior form of the home team was too much for their opponents.
